About the course

The Level 3 University Foundation Programme is a 60-credit qualification, equivalent to one A-level. It equips students with key management concepts and skills essential for success in the business world. This course, comprised of 6 modules and 6 written assignments, offers approximately 40 guided learning hours per module. Students benefit from tutor support, webinars, a social learning forum, and additional resources.

Upon completion, students receive a Qualifi Level 3 Business Management qualification, regulated by Ofqual. This opens doors to admission into various UK universities’ undergraduate programs. Recruitment and Selection in Business:

This module focuses on the recruitment and selection process in organizations. Learners will gain insights into recruitment procedures, selection interviews, relevant legislation, and the role of the HR department in achieving business objectives.

The level 3 diploma in business management has 6 written assignments. The assignments are approximately 2,000-3,000 words each. Students are provided support on the modules and assignments via the ‘Tutor’ section of the learning platform.
