Learners will be expected to hold a level 6 qualification or a first degree. In certain circumstances, managers with considerable experience but no formal qualifications may be considered.

Upon completing this level 7 course, learners can join a university partner to complete a dissertation to then receive a full master’s degree. Learners can also step directly into employment in an associated profession.

Students can apply to any university offering the MBA top up, the following universities run top up programmes by DISTANCE LEARNING:

University of Gloucestershire 

MBA Business Administration – £3,500*

Students will need to provide English language evidence, such IELTS, PTE, English A levels or other

MSc Human Resource Management – £3,250

Most universities in the UK will accept the London Academy of business and Management 120 credit programme for entry onto the MBA top up on campus. ATHE also have direct agreements with several Universities, click here for the ATHE progression routes. Students may also contact the admissions department of their chosen university directly.

The Qualifi level 7 human resource management course has 6 written assignments. The assignments are approximately 2,000-3,000 words each. Students are provided support on the modules and assignments via the ‘Tutor’ section of the learning platform.
